Space Kinetic Corp. Raises Over $12M To Redefine Space Superiority and Missile Defense

Space Kinetic has secured over $12 million in Seed funding to develop a new architecture for space operations that moves beyond “one-to-one” engagements toward scalable “one-to-many” solutions.

The company’s core deployment technology, developed in-house over the past three years with support from Los Alamos National Laboratory and University of California, Berkeley, is designed to overcome long-standing economic and operational barriers in missile defense and space superiority.

The round was led by Balerion Space Ventures with participation from Industrious Ventures, Marque Ventures, UP.Abundance, Backswing Ventures, NM Vintage Fund, Abo Empire, and CerraCap Ventures, joining early backers 1517 Fund and California Innovation Fund.

Space Kinetic is expanding its facilities and leadership team in the coming weeks as it advances its mission to deliver high-payoff, asymmetric technologies for national security.
