York Space Systems to Acquire ALL.SPACE for $355M, Building a Resilient Multi-Orbit Communications Ecosystem
York Space Systems has announced a definitive agreement to acquire ALL.SPACE, a provider of advanced satellite communications terminals, in a move to strengthen assured connectivity across defense and commercial missions.
The transaction will see ALL.SPACE operate as a wholly owned subsidiary, expanding York’s capabilities in delivering mission-critical communications in contested environments.
The acquisition brings ALL.SPACE’s Hydra terminal platform into York’s stack, enabling simultaneous connectivity across multiple orbits and frequency bands, including LEO, MEO, GEO, and HEO.
Designed for mobility and resilience, the technology supports platforms operating across space, air, land, and maritime domains, maintaining connectivity even in degraded or adversarial conditions.
Strategically, the deal positions York to offer a more integrated, end-to-end communications solution, combining spacecraft, payloads, and network infrastructure into a unified ecosystem.
As demand grows for interoperable and resilient communications, particularly within national security missions, the combined capabilities are expected to enhance real-time data access, coordination, and operational effectiveness.
The acquisition marks York’s second strategic move following its public listing, underscoring its broader growth strategy and alignment with evolving defense requirements.
The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter, pending regulatory approvals and customary conditions.
