Skydio raises $110M Series F at a $4.4B valuation to scale production of its AI-powered autonomous drone systems.

Skydio, founded by Adam Bry, has raised $110 million in a Series F funding round led by existing investors, bringing its valuation to $4.4 billion. The raise comes despite strong investor demand for additional capital, reflecting the company’s strong position in the autonomous flight market.

Existing backers of Skydio include a mix of leading venture capital firms and strategic technology partners such as Andreessen Horowitz, Linse Capital, N47, IVP and NVIDIA.

The company reported that its core business is generating hundreds of millions in annual revenue with strong unit economics, allowing it to fund a growing share of its operations and future development internally.

The new capital will primarily be used to scale production and meet increasing demand across defense, public safety, and critical infrastructure sectors.

Skydio’s autonomous drone systems are widely deployed, supporting over 1,200 public safety agencies and operating Drone as First Responder programs across 42 U.S. states.

Its technology is also used by military and infrastructure customers, with more than 60,000 drones delivered to date.

The company continues to position itself as a leader in autonomous flight, leveraging artificial intelligence to develop drones capable of operating in complex environments with minimal human input.
